We had a complete service installed on the island. The neatness, quality have exceeded my expectations. The unit itself is of high quality and ductwork is all strapped neatly with no loss of attic storage. Speaking with Dennis he will ensure that all things are covered before leaving the job. Would I recommend absolutely because I have been told that I am one fussy person to please. Well I was pleased. Keep up the great work and the integrity that goes along with it.
This is first time I've ever written a review on-line. This company has ruined my parents ceiling in their campground trailer! And still charged them for a service call. I called the owner, Dennie Savage, to understand what happened and after about 15 seconds states he doesn't need this "$hit" and tells me to call someone else and to not call him again. Tried to call him back 2 other times and continues to tell me to not call and hangs up. So I will take his advise and not call again and I suggest no one else should either. I generally prefer to do business with small town contractors, but will not do so with this company. They don't even accept credit cards. That should have been the first warning. I will be contacting the BBB & Chincoteague Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, I will be posting a warning on my community bulletin boards and notifiying our administration office to beware of this company.
